Our team manages all subcontractors and provides comprehensive onsite support, including registration, guest assistance, and overall event logistics, ensuring every element runs smoothly.

We actively incorporate cultural protocols throughout your event by engaging with communities, honoring traditions, and weaving meaningful practices into every element, from program design to on-site execution.


Commitments & Credentials

All team members have completed the Indigenous Canada certification, offered by the University of Alberta. This certification provides a comprehensive understanding of Indigenous histories, cultures, and contemporary issues, helping our team develop cultural competency and awareness.

The trauma-informed conflict resolution certification equips our team with the knowledge and skills to understand and address trauma sensitively. This training is particularly important when working with Indigenous communities, as historical trauma and ongoing systemic issues may affect participants’ experiences.

Our team has completed a six-week training course on the history and culture of the Métis in Canada, led by Lorelei Lyons of 2 Métis Women. This training deepens our cultural awareness and supports our commitment to distinctions-based approaches when working with communities. By applying this learning, we ensure that our event planning and engagement strategies are respectful, inclusive, and culturally informed.

Many of our event planners have completed training through the Project Management Institute (PMI), a global leader in project management standards. By applying these proven methodologies, our team brings structure, clear timelines, and effective coordination to every event—ensuring seamless execution and impactful results.

All team members are certified through St. Johns Ambulance in ‘Standard First Aid with CPR-C-AED’ to enhance the overall safety of participants at our events. This training helps our team respond effectively to medical emergencies onsite and ensures we are assisting our clients in adhering to safety regulations.

Offered by the United Nations, our team has taken the Rights of Indigenous Peoples course to gain an advanced understanding of the rights of Indigenous Peoples, as recognized in the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples (UNDRIP). This knowledge allows us to build trust with Indigenous communities and fulfill legal and ethical responsibilities to Indigenous communities globally.

Over three days, more than 850 in-person and virtual attendees from 133 BC First Nation communities came together for plenaries, breakout sessions, and cultural moments designed to inspire conversation, deepen relationships, and advance Reconciliation.
